I was so Happy that I can be of service to someone about the names of the Citizens of Plaisance and Ouanaminthe in French:"Placentin and Ouanametais".

However, I am from Limbe, Haiti with a Vision not only to address the issues of the Bassins Versants du Limbe but of Haiti in General to Eradicate Poverty and Eliminate Famine and Hunger in the Developing Countries mostly in the Continent of Africa and Haiti.
