In Haitian creole, Pinga Pise means DO NOT PISS here, and Mande Latrin means ask for a toilet LOLzzz.

Wen I was growing up in Haiti I used to see these PA PIPI LA-A signs all over the place.

That's because, a person will pull to any corner and relieve himself.
