Good morning to all of you. ASDC Haiti has the pleasure of greeting you for all the initiatives you have made from the centre mainly on behalf of the Péligre Hydroelectric Dam as part of the development.

In addition, we ASDC (Social Action for Community Development) members, we will work in lonr and in large partenairiat to bring a positive response for the residents suffering socio-economic agricultural and others around the lake of a pelican.

This new organization is aware of the suffering of the inhabitants, according to their said; they ask for an improvement in the condition of life in all circumstances.

They ask:1)The pelican dam must be over-controlled to promote 50% central agriculture, the rest of which will be under water at 50% for state electricity in Haiti and fishing fishing for the inhabitants as a job-free.

2) Promote the road for the transport of cultivated products.

3) Develop pelican lake into fish.
5)Regular reforestation around the pelican lake.
6) Creating professional learning centres for people who do not yet have a means to go and learn.

7)Promoting drinking water for The People of the Centre.

8) Improving living conditions in terms of loans to promote economic self-sufficiency.

9) Market creation (i.e. old-Caye's dreary platon).

10)Access to the university closer to the inhabitants around the pelican lake to facilitate the young people dedicated to continue their studies until they have economic means and their parents do not have as much, shading as political stability country is primary.

11)Contribute in projects favorable to the Residents victim turn of the lake ASDC Haiti project Kayfanmi (Korefanmi).

These points mentioned below are of paramount importance in framing the inhabitants who have been victims around the Pelican Lake for many years.
