Haitians In The NFL

Jocelyn Borgella was the first Haitian football player ever who was drafted and played a game in the National Football League - NFL.

Borgella played for the Detroit Lions.

Mackenzy Bernadeau (born January 3, 1986) is an American football guard for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League.

Mackenzy was drafted with the 250th pick by the Carolina Panthers in the seventh round of the 2008 NFL Draft. He played college football at Bentley University.

Carolina Panthers

Bernadeau was selected in the 7th round (250th overall) of the 2008 NFL Draft. He is the only Northeast-10 Conference player ever drafted in the NFL.

Dallas Cowboys

On March 14, 2012, Bernadeau signed with the Dallas Cowboys. He started all 16 games of the 2012 NFL season.
