Is it true that Lil Wayne is haitian?

A lot of people that wanna know if Rapper Lil Wayne is really haitian.

Dwayne Michael Carter aka Lil Wayne was born an only child in the poverty-stricken and crime-ridden Hollygrove section of New Orleans.

Haitians have been migrating to New Orleans since before the Haitian war for Independence.

Is he Haitian?

you never know but that Haitian flag looks good on him.
